"Issac, our installer, was polite, cordial and professional. I m confident the window tint will keep our living room cooler and block the glare of the evening sun. I would highly recommend their services."

"This job was for a church that had 12 window panes very high up. David had the equipment to reach high places. The lower 8 window panes had a different tint film applied and you can hardly tell it was done. We are very satisfied with the job done and can't wait for a sunny Sunday morning. I would recommend for any church."

"John creates beautiful stained glass art. We hired him for some custom stained glass for our home and for a couple pieces for a tv show I was working on. He was fast and everything looked better than we could have asked for. He is a real talent and I canâ t recommend him enough."

"Install process went smooth. Anytime I called they were always very helpful. Only real downside was that the glass break sensors didn't adhere to the wall well. Support recommended screwing them to the wall and that fixed it."

Glass and Mirrors FAQs, answered by experts

Using caulk is one of the simplest and most recommended methods to finish glass tile edges. It creates an elegant seam between the glass tile and the adjacent area, along with a waterproof seal. With this method, you want to use a caulk color that matches the grout and, along with the grout, compliments the tile. Make sure the caulk line is smooth and even. Alternatively, you can use a bullnose or tile trimming to edge, however, that will also require caulk to seal.

You can clean the oven window the same way you clean the oven walls. Make a paste of baking soda and water and let it sit on the window overnight before wiping it off with a damp cloth. You might find it helpful to rub the baking soda paste in with an old toothbrush.

You can add glass to your existing kitchen cabinet doors with a few tools and some patience. We recommend following the DIY steps listed above, which include cutting a panel for the glass, cutting and adding the glass, and reattaching your cabinetry. If these steps seem too complicated or you’d rather have the peace of mind of a professional installation, hire a cabinet installation pro to handle this project for you.

Just how long it takes to install a wall mirror depends on the size of your wall, the type of mirror, the installation method, whether you decide to hire a professional, and the number of installers. For smaller walls with multiple trained professionals and acrylic mirror sheets, you can anticipate having your wall finished within an hour. Larger walls comprised of several custom mirrors can take upward of four hours to complete.

There are a few reasons your mirrors might have smears on them after cleaning, but the two most likely are remaining cleaning product and minerals from hard water. If you used a commercial glass cleaner, consider spraying down the mirror with a 1-to-1 ratio of white vinegar and water after cleaning and then wiping it dry with a cotton cloth. If you suspect hard water is the issue, use a cotton ball soaked in rubbing alcohol to spot-clean the streaks, and then let the mirror air-dry.
