Dave came and cleaned the carpet the day after I called and completed the work to my satisfaction. He was very punctual and explained what he would be able to clean and areas that still may show some wear because of traffic patterns in carpet. He did a very good job at a good price.

They tried to help us out but they did not try to push us to buy more than we wanted. There is a 25 year warranty on the carpet and I am recommending them to everybody I talk to.
