"Promised a move in ready professionally decorated home, yes he is now into rebuilding/Construction, 7 months later $100,000. Dollars more than originally quoted, did not install new hot water tank, did not install new AC unit as promised no Google technology (as promised), they stole the Gas fireplace logs, wouldn’t vent gas properly, 3 project managers, several crews, pulled yard workers to try to get them to do construction and they had no idea what to do, fired decorator and hired a realtor to do staging…,several failed inspections from the city of Auburn, Brian Truitt (Owner) promised the world but became a cussing, hand slamming, yelling fool when I would pay final draw as punch list was not complete and home was not accessible for handicapped owner. Had to hire another contractor to complete punch list which came to more money than the final draw was! Buyer Beware!!!! DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY! Oh sprinkler system not completed had to hire someone else to fix their messed up work."

My rental property is a little over 1,000 sq ft with a simple pitched roof. This company quoted me $23,000. Other companies for the same work have quoted $5,000 - $7,000. It is very disappointing when a company engages in overpricing. The owner rational was maybe the roofing materials company got the material cost wrong. If they are expert roofers, they should know this. When I pointed out other lower price quotes, he quickly got off the phone. Maybe because I am a female, he thought that I didn't know and that he take advantage of me by over charging."
