"Excellent! Robert Pannell is the owner & operator. His sons also assist him so it is a family business. He responded very quickly & came out the same week. We have three air conditioner units & two dryer vents. They completed the job within four hours because two of his sons assistants him. They wore masks & used social distancing which we appreciated since we have an older at risk household member. He also used a healthy disinfectant spray in the ducts. It is a “Green” product. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
