"Juan called within hours of the job posting and came the next day to give an estimate. He and a partner came two days later. They cleared vines, weeds, and stumps from our neglected side lot and had it down to the grass in less than 4 hours. Everything was bundled to the curb for the city to pick up. Juan worked quickly and cleanly and gave me a better price than expected. He will be returning for regular grass cutting."
