The house was originally built in 1978 and had cinder blocks where moisture had been slowly accumulating for years. He was prompt to come out and gave a very detailed estimate, breaking down materials and service. There was no doubt what was included in the quote. There were other firms that quoted the project at a lower price that did not get the job because their quote was too ambiguous. When it came to the installation, they were prompt, detailed and clean. Within three days they were complete. At the end of each workday the cleaned up and left the site presentable. We received great value and great service. "After a short delay for weather, they came in and cleaned out the refuse/trash that HVAC and others services had left, then quickly went about their business. The sealing, dehumidifier (you have to change the filter regularly) and sump pump setup works well without any issues (and has been for its entirity). We are selling the house so I called and talked with Tina because the new potential buyer wants them to re-inspect and validate the warranty. There is a charge for this unless there is an issue with the system. But, there is no problem - and it is totally reasonable. I will pass that on to the buyer and will invite them to come into the crawlspace to see the good work that has held up so well since installation. I would definitely recommend them. The previous owner had another company "waterproof it" and it was not working properly and was not under warranty (i was told the warranty did not transer when I got quotes)."

"Jimmy, Josh and their crews took a jungle of a back yard and made it beautiful. The designed and did the entire project. We have received dozens of compliments from our neighbors as well as the City Inspectors. The built the retaining wall and waterfall, did the grading and installed the complete drainage and irrigation systems. Their price was very fair and concrete began the project they stayed on the job until they finished. I would give them six stars if I could. Highly recommend them for all landscape related projects. "I called about a small wet area in a corner of a finished basement. They walked in with the preconceived idea that I needed a basement drainage system and sump pump. There was a drainage pipe, plainly visible, in the wet area. I ask if the problem could be from the pipe but was repeatedly told the water was coming from between the foundation and the concrete block. Never was any other possibility considered. The problem turned out to be the pipe. A much cheaper fix than their proposed solution. To be fair I received the exact same experience from 2 other foundation companies."
