"Actual Work Done: 1. Installed French drains to deal will water issues in our yard and to channel water away from our house. Cody explained the process and and why he would do the job the way he explained. He and his crew did a top notch job. They took care to hand dig the trenches without destroying the yard. They smoothed everything out and replaced the grass in areas where possible. They filled in dirt in low areas to help prevent the water from pooling. 2. They took down and rebuilt a retaining wall near the foundation that had been pushed in due to water issues. They built the wall back better than the one that was damaged. All the work on both projects was completed in the time Cody quoted us and all the work was top notch. We would highly recommend Ace Foundation Specialists and Cody and his crew. We will use them again for other projects if the need arises."

He was prompt to come out and gave a very detailed estimate, breaking down materials and service. There was no doubt what was included in the quote. There were other firms that quoted the project at a lower price that did not get the job because their quote was too ambiguous. When it came to the installation, they were prompt, detailed and clean. Within three days they were complete. At the end of each workday the cleaned up and left the site presentable. We received great value and great service. "After a short delay for weather, they came in and cleaned out the refuse/trash that HVAC and others services had left, then quickly went about their business. The sealing, dehumidifier (you have to change the filter regularly) and sump pump setup works well without any issues (and has been for its entirity). We are selling the house so I called and talked with Tina because the new potential buyer wants them to re-inspect and validate the warranty. There is a charge for this unless there is an issue with the system. But, there is no problem - and it is totally reasonable. I will pass that on to the buyer and will invite them to come into the crawlspace to see the good work that has held up so well since installation. I would definitely recommend them. The previous owner had another company "waterproof it" and it was not working properly and was not under warranty (i was told the warranty did not transer when I got quotes)."

"I called about a small wet area in a corner of a finished basement. They walked in with the preconceived idea that I needed a basement drainage system and sump pump. There was a drainage pipe, plainly visible, in the wet area. I ask if the problem could be from the pipe but was repeatedly told the water was coming from between the foundation and the concrete block. Never was any other possibility considered. The problem turned out to be the pipe. A much cheaper fix than their proposed solution. To be fair I received the exact same experience from 2 other foundation companies."
