 + -1 moreDwight was professional and enjoyable to work with - as usual! It is refreshing to have a builder that you can work with and trust. He started from nothing and created the Tiny House plan he was provided. During the construction, we worked together to revise the kitchen and bath areas and the appearance of the loft. I appreciate his insight on projects and his knowledge. For any project in the area he services, he will be the builder/contractor I use. I would highly recommend him for any new or remodel needs.

Mr. Brooks & his crew were pleasant, capable & completed more than I expected in the allotted time. i've used his before & will continue to use him as his availability permits. He's professional, up-front & does quality work. He's very competitively priced, especially for the work he does. He's not the cheapest but I've NEVER redone any of his work. I've built 2 new homes with him and expect to add those to Angies List also. I will build my last retirement home with them if they're still doing construction. :>) Since I have investment property, he will be my repeat go-to contact for construction.
