"When my husbands work schedule changed allowing him to complete the work, Al was flexible about the change. I called and spoke to Al and he was gracious and understanding. "Him and his helper were beyond polite and even somewhat entertaining. Everything has just been done but from what I can tell he has done a very good job and I will certainly come back to edit in 6 months or so to update and probably use him again for my kitchen and get rid of this horrible tile."
