"Work was done very well, especially since grass had grown very tall. Section along South Shades Crest Road was trimmed as well as around garden and natural areas, comprising about three acres. Young man arrived on two separate occasions and continued until grounds were restored. Very relieved to have lawn restored."

"H20 Waterproofing does a fantastic job! I love all the people that I’ve dealt with. I own many rental properties and this is the only waterproofing company that I will ever use. "My husband and I had water coming into our home. We contacted Ace Foundation Specialist. Cody Mcbride came out and evaluated our situation and was very knowledgeable and gave us a great solution that worked very well. Cody and his team did an excellent job we do not have any water entering our home anymore and Cody and his team was very polite, organized and cleaned up very well after the work was completed. It is possible, albeit a lot slower, to break up a rock using water. You would do this by freezing and thawing the water. You could create some initial holes or cracks in the rock, then pour water into the cracks or holes and allow them to freeze (so it's best to do this in winter or in colder climates). Since water expands when it freezes, this puts pressure on the inside of the rock and causes it to crack. You could continue to pour more water in and let it freeze to continue to break up the rock.

Brick spalling—which refers to the crumbly, flaky, or pitted appearance that can develop over time—is caused by a few different conditions. These include:

  • High-pressure water cleaning

While you can’t do anything about the weather, you can preserve your bricks by cleaning them with soapy water and a good old-fashioned scrubbing. Brick veneer siding is also a long-lasting material, with a lifespan ranging from 50 to 100 years, provided it is properly installed and maintained. To maintain brick veneer, you should scrub it annually with a special detergent and a soft-bristled broom. It's also important to inspect the bricks and mortar regularly and hire a masonry contractor for any necessary repairs, such as fixing worn mortar or bowing bricks.
