Monika helped us by providing several lists of lease properties in the area and then gained access to the ones we liked . This also showed us see what we could get for the money. All in all, it took about a week and a half and they did a nice appraisal on my property. ORIGINAL: Needed an appraisal for my rental property and the initial call went well, they set up a time and day as expected, but they never called to confirm the day of. They did show up, did not call me when they finished, and a week later still have not heard from them and I have called to follow up 5 times."
