We worked with Christopher Flamm from Glennon-Flamm & Associates. Christopher was very professional and proactive in the sale of our home. His photos and marketing were top notch. We were under contract within three days of being listed. When finding us a new home, he was patient and worked tirelessly to get us into a new home within our quick time frame. Monika's advice regarding painting, carpet, etc, was practical, which I appreciated. She came out to the house to discuss what needed to be done and responded to multiple emails, even though at that point the house wasn't even listed. Once the work was done, I listed the house with her and moved to NC. Since I wasn't even in the state, I had to rely on her to handle the occasional issues that came up. I listed the house in early May and closed on October 2d, after receiving what I felt was a fair price.

Monika helped me find the house which fit the best to my requirements. She helped me in the negotiation process, with surprisingly good results. I can highly recommend Her services. She is a person, joy to work together.

We discovered Monika based on the glowing reviews she was receiving on Angie's List. I must say, we were very happy that they turned out to be completely accurate. Monika was a dream to work with! This was especially true for us as first time home buyers. We could not have picked a more responsive and dedicated buyer's agent, as Monika.
We were new to the Huntsville area, so Monika took the time to introduce us to the neighborhoods and show us a variety of homes. She was always very courteous and respected our wishes for the potential homes were looking for, but would offer advice and opinions without being overbearing. We defiantly found her advice to be useful and informative when selecting our home. It was obvious to us that she is very professional and dedicated to her job as an agent. One quality I really appreciated was how she was always very responsive and did so in a timely manner. I know she must have been very busy, but it felt like she was always available for what we needed.
Monika worked with us, for a few months, to find our dream home. When we finally made our offer, Monika guided us through the entire process and explained everything very well. We never felt confused or misguided. We were very happy with our decision and feel that Monika made it all a smooth process. We are very grateful for her help and knowledge!
When the time comes for us to expand our family and move to a larger home, we will definitely be seeking Monika out once again!

We did not sell the house so there was never any charge. I think we had agreed on a 6-percent commission. I looked around and everyone in the area was about the same on the price. She was very nice and got back to me in a timely manner, but the house I was trying to sell is in a bad area. There are 14 houses for sale in that area and I think one sold in the last year. There was one thing that took a little time.

Monika was wonderful from day 1! We had already found the house we wanted to buy before we called her in, but she was willing to look at it again with us, or show us other houses if we wanted, before we put in our offer. We felt like she really did have our best interests at heart right from the beginning, making sure we knew exactly what we were getting & that we were getting both what we needed & wanted. She made what could have been a complicated & difficult transaction (short sale) as smooth as she possibly could. We would definitely recommend her!

Monika was very professional. She was extremely responsive to our needs and wants. She took a lot of time to work with us and help my wife with the home making decision. My wife had rather unique requirements and Monika worked for my wife to make sure she got those requirements on the home she was looking for. She did more for us than some other real-estate agents have done in the past. She spend 3 full days showing us the city, shopping, and driving us to homes to review. I am guessing we looked at over 30 homes. Monika was a fun person and make the task of finding a home a little less stressful.
Monika out did the number one rated real-estate agent on Zillow. It took the other agent two weeks to get  back to me. It was too late as Monika had found us a wonderful new home.

Monika was always available to answer questions, to help with issues (meeting with contractors, alarms going off, burying St. Joe, etc.).  She took on a lot because we had already moved out of town.  But she was always there when we needed her.  She went the extra mile to make the sale as smooth as possible.  And she was willing to take on added responsibilities with out of town clients.  Our house sat on the market from the end of October to the middle of July with two other agents and no offers.  Monika took the listing and we had an offer in less than two weeks.  She answered questions about how we had the home staged and gave us good advice. And most importantly, she listened to us and our concerns and gave us some different options. 
Monika is great to work with.  I don't hesitate in recommending Monika to other home buyers or sellers.

Monika is absolutely the best realtor I have ever worked with...and I've worked with a few.   She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to anything connected with the realestate business...very ethical....always sounds like she is happy to hear from you... and returns your calls promptly.  She has a wonderful personality and is a delight to work with.  Actually, she rates an A+ on all fronts and  I would recommend her highly!!

We contacted her because she had good reputation on Angie's list in our area. She made a list of homes for us based on our preferences and price range, and drove us to different subdivisions since we were new to this area. That helped us get a better idea of what we wanted and we quickly narrowed down the houses on the list. We got a good deal and everything went smoothly. She was also with us and helped us during the move-in inspection.

The whole experience of selling our home was made easier by Monika.  We highly recommend her for all your real estate needs!

What we really liked about her is how humble she was; she says that she is not the most experienced agent, but she is the most hardworking. She is both though. She is pretty well experienced, humble, and she really listens to us. And because she listens to us, it made their sale that much more easier and working with he is that much more easier. I'm a really hard person to work for, and anyone that can take and work with me like her in detail is great. She is a Godsend.

She was great.  She pointed out the faults of each place because she said that if I wanted to buy a house even after the faults, then I truly loved the house, and she was right.  She talked me out of buying some real dumps, and never tried to sell me anything outside of my price range.  She fought for me even on things I didn't know she was fighting for, which showed that she was on my side the whole time, even if it meant less money for her.  The sale took longer than normal, and I was told "any minute" for a couple months, but she was still very nice to me even after daily phone calls and emails and dumb questions.  She was available to answer my questions at any time - nights and weekends - by phone, email, or text message.

Monika helped us by providing several lists of lease properties in the area and then gained access to the ones we liked . This also showed us see what we could get for the money. She did this for us free of charge. Being new to Huntsville, we wanted to find a home to lease until we decided the area in which we eventually plan to retire.  She was very quick to address our needs and learned early on exactly what we were looking for.  After two weeks of working with her we eventually found a nice property through my son's company president.  It was difficult for me to tell her we found a place as she took the time to help us when she could have been working with a prospective buyer and been paid a commission for her services.  Monika took it in stride and told us that she was very happy for us. 
I would highly recommend using Monika if you're interested in purchasing a new home or looking for a lease purchase property anywerhe in the Huntsville area.  In two years our lease will be up and we'll most definately engage her services again.  Asside from being an awesome realtor, we feel that we've found our first new friend in Huntsville! 
Note:  We've moved twenty two times in our 42 years of marriage and are very familiar with how realtors work.  She's without a doubt the very best realtor we've every had the pleasure of working with.

Monika was very willing to answer all of my first time home buyer questions. She was quick to learn the type of home that I was looking for and swiftly narrowed down the possible list of homes for us to see. I would and have recommended her to my coworkers and friends. She is very honest and I never felt like she was trying to manipulate me or sway my decisions in any way. The entire experience was fun and pleasant.

In trying to look at our options when faced with a lay off from a job. She very quickly gave us a market breakdown and where she would price our home (within 1 day). In going above and beyond she also took a resume to pass along to people in the industry that might need the expertise.

My husband and I were looking for a house to buy in the Huntsville area after he retired from the Army (22 years.) The first agents we contracted with couldn't meet a deadline or return a call within any sort of acceptable time frame, so we lost two homes. The second agent we contracted with encouraged us to file some paperwork in a "creative" manner (illegal to the gills) to expedite the contract process. Finally, we found Monika Glennon with Rise Realty, through Angie's List, and she saved the day (and our house deal)!!!

She has gone above and beyond what I ever expected an agent to do!! We live in Texas and despite having only met Monika once in person, for a few short hours, we are completely confident in her ability to manage this extremely important transaction on our behalf without her having to call us for every single decision. She did all of the legwork in finding various inspector options for us to choose from (unlike the second agent who wanted us to only use her choices) and went to the house for each one as our representative.

When she previewed the house my husband fell in love with at the first showing with the 2nd agent she saw what he did; how wonderful it is under all of its quirks, dirt and missing oven spot. She completely understood that we loved the home for, rather than in spite of, the original details still there some forty years later and began to work tirelessly with the sellers to repair the bad taste they had for us after the 2nd agent made a highly unethical phone call to them after we fired her. Now, after Monika's level head and logical representation of information, the sellers see how much we love their home and want to keep as much of its current integrity there; not gut it and morph it into something it just can't be.

Monika has held my hand (figuratively and literally) during the many ups and downs with this transaction; never losing hope or focus. Truly, without Monika, we would not have gotten through this potential fiasco or have had the opportunity to make such a loyal, ethical, moral and great-to-be-around friend.

Monika is a home buyer's dream!!! Professional, dynamic and courteous are just a few of the words that come to mind when describing this lady.  My wife and I had become quite jaded in our view of real estate professionals, mainly due to the agent that we had hired to sell our previous home.  If Monika is available when we are forced to sell this house, she will be the first one that we call.
