"I switched from another company to Security One, they use the same equipment. They had to come out and recode everything. I simply switched because of the financial benefit. "Sheldon was very prompt in responding to my request. He was at my house at the exact time he said heâ d be here. He not only replaced the trim on a door (including painting the trim), but he installed a sash on a window, repaired two kitchen drawers, replaced the seal on the back door and installed a new kitchen faucet. All the work was done with a high degree of professionalism. Sheldon is also very personable and dealt with ethically."
