"House was completed when we found it. Yvette's eye for detail is unmatched. There's are so many little and big touches in our house that she genuinely put so much thought into. It was a highlight to me to walk with her through the house and hear where all these great ideas came from. Anything from the paint color to the fireplace. She's awesome and full of fantastic design ideas. She has stood behind everything she did and helped it's get one item fixed by the supplier. She takes great pride in her work and is genuinely personally invested in the outcome for the buyer."

"We have just begun our experience with Big Block Design but we are already feeling confident about our project."

"Very professional and detail oriented. They took my vision and brought it to life. Outstanding communication from start to finish on the remodel. Will definitely be using in the future for any remodeling projects"

"I was very happy with them at the beginning but was more irritated than happy with them at the end. The two workers that did the demo, carpentry and painting were excellent. The guy that did the tile did okay with the tile but I found a place in the shower floor that was filled with caulk. It came out when I was cleaning and left a hole in the grout. There were several things they did at the end that I thought were sloppy. The supervisor told me to and quot;trust him and quot; and go ahead and pay him and he would come back the next work day and install the insulation that I paid for and I still haven't heard back after more than a month. I had someone else fix the things that were not right or undone.

"Epic did a 1st rate job! My 11 year-old PT Wood deck showed signs of rot. They gave me an initial estimate and we signed a contract, 60% due at signing, 40% upon completion. It included a DETAILED Scope of Work list. As work began they found more damage. Each time more damage was uncovered, they gave me an Additional Work Order, 50% due on signing, 50% due upon completion. Each AWO contained another DETAILED LIST of what was being fixed. 4 AWOs were required in all, The process took 12 calendar days (minus 3 day weekend and 1 Sunday), net 8 work days total! I paid NONE of the Upon Completion payments until the work was finished and I was happy. They followed up the next day to see if I found anything that was not done right. I gave them one item to finish, they did that within 2 days. It was a beautiful upgrade from old, stained PT wood decking to TREX! I am VERY satisfied!"
