"Benn and his crew were great, and I highly recommend them for your home foundation needs, whatever the issue. I had received a few quotes prior to their quote but, GCF was the only one where the business owner came to quote me directly. He was easy to work with from the start to the end. "I had an original screened in patio on my 50 yo home that was cracking and settling and becoming dangerous. I needed it repaired/leveled and long term stabilized. Every aspect of dealing with AFS was professional from initial contact to inspection, completion of job and follow up. The team I worked with were David, Hank and Robert who did the pilings to stabilize. Julian and Erik did the actual leveling and finishing. I am confident the patio pad will outlast me. I am so glad I found them as the others I spoke to gave me some off the wall options for repairing then concrete that never addressed the subsidence issue at all. Great job guys and highly recommend!"
