"Cory replaced some damaged boards in our glue-down wood floor, which was an intricate project given that he had to remove tongue-and-groove boards and replace them with new ones without removing the whole floor and without damaging the surrounding boards. He made the floor look like new, and in a very affordable way. This was one of a number of jobs he has done for us over a decade or so. He is always prompt, courteous and professional. His prices are extremely fair, and he is always honest about his level of confidence in his ability to do any given job. If he tells you he knows exactly how to do a job, you can count on it. "

"The contractor replaced sheet rock inside a bedroom wall as well as the exterior of my home. The exterior of the home was well done. However, the interior replacement of the sheet rock, was not satisfactory with, a lot of short cuts and not professionally completed. You can see all the cuts made on the wall. The putty he used was not sanded, you can clearly see where the contractor used his finger to fill in gaps on the walls."
