"Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Unreliable Service I don’t usually leave reviews, but after my experience with this electrical company, I feel it’s necessary to warn others. From the start, working with this contractor has been nothing but frustrating and disappointing. This company was hired as a subcontractor during the construction of my new home. One of the tasks was to terminate several Cat5 cables—a simple, straightforward job that should’ve been completed without issue. When they sent an electrician out in December, he managed to complete two of the cable terminations but said he needed help accessing the remaining cables. Instead of following through, the company avoided responsibility and continuously made excuses, claiming the job was “outside their scope” despite already starting the work. At no point was it communicated to me that terminating the remaining cables would be my responsibility. In fact, the same company completed other terminations throughout the house without issue. What’s worse is that after waiting months for a resolution, I—someone with no electrical experience—was able to locate and make the cables accessible myself. If I could manage that, there’s no reason a professional couldn’t have done the same. On top of all this, I was given two completely different price quotes for the same job. Initially, I was told the first hour would be waived and subsequent hours would be billed at a fair rate. Later, that rate increased without explanation. When I asked about the conflicting quotes, instead of providing clarity, the contractor refused to continue the work altogether. Let me be clear: This issue was never the homeowner’s responsibility—it was a clear lack of communication, follow-through, and professionalism on their part. If you’re considering hiring this company, think twice. They’ve shown a complete disregard for their responsibilities and zero concern for customer satisfaction. I would not recommend them to anyone."

"I posted a good review about Greg Miller a few months back but forgot to come back & finish my evaluation. I couldn't remove my original review, so I decided to post an update. Long story short: He replaced a few ceiling fans and a couple of light fixtures in my house. One of the ceiling fans ended up dysfunctional after about a week. The fan still worked but he lights themselves would not work. Keep in mind that one of his previous comments to me was "I guarantee all of my work" Well, I called him to let him know that one of the fans he just installed stopped working after a week. He finally made it out after 4 or 5 days (after making excuses a couple of times) & removed the fan. When I asked him if it was installed correctly he got all pissy & said that I could just do it myself. Well, I ended up getting the part & replacing it myself. It works fine now. Perhaps it was a faulty fan, however, when I simply asked him if he might have installed it incorrectly he went ballistic. Kept saying that he was a master electrician & that he was too busy working other jobs that would actually pay him, even though I paid him about $600-$700 to install a few ceiling fans. He kept saying that I was jealous that he made so much money (out of the blue) which I found rather amusing, especially considering he practically begged me for cash both times he came to my house. When I told him that a negative review would do the trick, he told me that no one would believe me since his reviews were always so great. I knew something was seriously off about him from the moment I met him. Anyway, avoid him like the plague if you're looking for a "real" electrician in the Mobile/Baldwin County area."
