They have been out here six or seven times and replaced a part two or three times, and saying they make adjustments. But our electric bill has gone up over $100 since last year. Our AC never shuts off. It is 80° in our house right now and the thermostat is set on 72°. We are ready for them to come take this unit out. Give us our money back and we will get a unit from someone else. This is ridiculous. I would not use Hanson heating and air again ever. I added pictures of our unit and our thermostat that is time stamped to show what it was said on and what it actually in the house. This is after they have been here six times."
