He sent the report very quickly and it was incredibly detailed. He also included pictures of anything he found and recommendations on how to handle it. "Reasonable price, professional, accommodating, and overall pleasant. When I asked them to please clean up when they left, they did. When I asked to have the metal left behind so I can sell it, they did. When a neighbor asked the boss to give her an estimate on a roof, she wanted fixed, he did. The boss even tried to fix a piece of my siding that's always never fit right due to a goof-up at the mobile home factory. Now, let's see how this thing handles south Alabama storms. Since the boss got a taste of how windy it can be on a CLEAR day at my house, I suspect this roof ain't goin' to Oz."
