Mr. Ken Miller Construction of Enterprise, Al is a crook, a thief and a liar. This is not a slander, but the truth, When I paid him in full with several cashiers check from All In Credit Union , he installed only the windows without replacing the side, upper and lower trims left it there since last year of or about May or Jun 2023. When I made my Last payment to him on Feb.2024 for log cabin siding he told me it would take 3-4 weeks shipped from State of Colorado. I have informed him within a week for my decision. A few days later, I called him up after several times trying to reach him by cell phone 3xx-4xx-1xxx after 5 times, the response was I am sorry I am not at the phone right now, please leave a message, After the 5th time around the response says the mailbox is full, goodbye!! I have sent him an email to him : [email protected] I told him that to please send me the telephone number in which he did not. I had to call up Ken Miller again, and he replied that the production caught on fire. I then called the company and asked if the production caught on fire and was there a purchase order , It is amazing that from Txxx lxx corporation tells the truth no fire and no purchase order. I proceeded to call Mr. Miller and his approach that he forgot . I decided t cancel and I wanted my complete refund in which he promised no problem. After several times of trying to obtain my complete refund he has refuse to acknowledge my phone calls. I have even tried cordially and politely for him to respond to me only at one time he would send it out by Thursday, Friday at the latest Saturday that I should receive in which he has never done so or at least would have received it by now. He has ripped me off over 10K, Right now I am in process of seeking this with all legal ramifications against him. Please listen to me. Please do not get victimized by contractors like this. Do not trust him at all, please be aware this for your own sake !!! Ask yourself a question, how can a Bxxxxx Bxxxxxxx xuxxxx rate him an 8.7 rating when he cannot complete the task at hand?

Reasonable price, professional, accommodating, and overall pleasant. When I asked them to please clean up when they left, they did. When I asked to have the metal left behind so I can sell it, they did. When a neighbor asked the boss to give her an estimate on a roof, she wanted fixed, he did. The boss even tried to fix a piece of my siding that's always never fit right due to a goof-up at the mobile home factory. Now, let's see how this thing handles south Alabama storms. Since the boss got a taste of how windy it can be on a CLEAR day at my house, I suspect this roof ain't goin' to Oz.

They showed up at 8am and worked until 5pm everyday. The roof took 2 1/2 days to install and am very pleased with the workmanship. Mr Miller came towards the end of the job to inspect. There were no materials or debris left and the yard was clean and picked up when they left.

I would like everyone to know that my roof is still leaking after 4 months and I cannot get the company to come back. Getting ready to sue them!

Our roof looks wonderful! We were so pleased with Ken’s work. He and his staff were very efficient and fast working. They did an awesome job!

Communication was poor at best. Hurricane damage to roof and interior. Roof installation quality was also poor. 2 end panel caps crossed the sheet ridges because the sheets were not laid square. Forgot screws on trim and top. Had to finish caulking around most of the drain vents, as they were not completely caulked. Installed my gutters back with the low point in the middle of my house! Left a mess everywhere they worked, especially inside!! Am trying to find another contractor to finish the work correctly!! They had good reviews and the price was decent but, the quality left much to be desired!!

Ken and his company have been doing work for me for over 25 years. Their work has always been excellent, no matter what the job, and their prices are reasonable. Once the job is contracted, the work is always completed quickly and professionally.

He's a very busy man, but well worth the wait. He's detailed oriented and conscientious about his work.

Ken and his team did a very good job, and went above and beyond for me. It was a 4 day job. They drove 30+ minutes to my house everyday and were here just about from sunrise to sunset for those four days to get the job done. Ken did extra work such as painting my metal chimney cap to match the color of my roof per my request at no extra cost. He also repaired a hole in the roof of my car port which was not part of the roofing I was getting replaced at no additional cost. Also one thing that Ken offered that nobody else did in my area, was to schedule an inspection one year after the install to ensure everything is going good, and that everything still looks good, which shows me his dedication to doing good work. I was very happy with the work Ken and his team did, and would hire them again in a heartbeat.
