I will move in in August; my sister went to open the door for Brittany; she said she cleaned and cleaned - even the walls that had pollen all over them (which you could not see on the photos). My sister says that I must give Brittany a tip because she went above and beyond. I can't wait to meet her myself. BTW, the shower, not in any picture of the house for sale, was beyond awful - so dirty; as I said no one lived there since 2002 and it needed the most cleaning; Brittany tackled it as a professional - even when my sister sent her a photo. "He was very thorough in his estimate and material list. He arrived on time and completed the job when he said he would. My house is very old (1918) and there was an issue with the floor being unlevel. He made sure to add extra bracing and supports to keep the floor from sagging in the future. He cleaned up after the job was finished and hauled of the removed subfloor to the street for pickup. He is a very polite and professional repairman. I will definitely use him in the future."
