Family business that has being farming and doing dirt work for years. We can take an over grown peice of property and can clear it and plant your pastures. Build you a pond or even build your driveways an house/barn pad and build a fence to keep all your animals in or anything unwanted out. We even have the equipment to maintain the property for you if wanted. We will do it all small or big.

Small jobs welcome

I’ve been doing tree and skid steer work for about 20 years, customer satisfaction is my goal. The job is not complete until you, the customer, are happy. I am a perfectionist, I like and want stuff done right! I am willing to travel almost anywhere within the state. I am highly efficient in a skid steer and working out of a bucket truck..

"I hired Ole Reliable Land Services to come out to my country home after my dear horse died. He dug the right size hole, put my horse into it, and buried it neatly and respectfully. This was an urgent situation. He came out on a Sunday morning and got it done in two hours at a good price. He was polite, professional, and sympathetic toward us for the loss of our beloved horse. I would recommend him to anyone who needs excavation work. I will hire him again for work on our property."

"Work was done promptly and looks good Would have preferred a bit more attention to cleanliness regarding materials brought into the home. To be fair, I should have made our expectation more clear. Would use provider's service again.

Land Clearing Services questions, answered by experts

Depending on the type of land survey, the report will mark the boundaries of your property, the topographical changes of the landscape, as well as major natural and added structures to the plot. A more detailed survey, like an as-built survey, will note the measurements of the structures and landscape following major construction. A topographic survey will also help your contractor determine the cost of land development projects.

To prepare for a land survey, you must thoroughly check your land surveyor’s qualifications, reviews, and fees to align with your expectations. When it is time for the survey to be conducted, ensure that you have all your documents organized and available, know and mark your property lines, and inform your neighbors that the survey is happening.

You will find a collection of licensed land surveyors in your area. Your real estate agent or construction manager may also be able to recommend a trusted professional. When speaking with prospective pros in your area, ask the land surveyor if they are licensed in the state, have liability insurance, and can quote you a fee before starting.

The small lines on the tape measure either indicate inches, fractions of an inch, or centimeters and millimeters. On the imperial unit side (aka the inches side), the longest lines indicate inches, followed by the next shortest lines that indicate a half-inch, and then the quarter, eighth, and sixteenth-inch. On the metric side, the lines break down meters, centimeters, and millimeters.

This is fairly rare, but sometimes the local government or a group like a historical society will label a tree as a landmark, or historical item. These designations almost always come with a small, on-site plaque for identification, but you should also be able to look up protected trees in your area on a city website or similar list. If the tree in question is a landmark, call your local government and ask how to proceed before making any plans.
