About the only thing negative is that he's book up quite a bit into the future so be patient when it come to scheduling. But, if he says he will do the job you can be assured he will do it and it will be worth whatever wait has to be endured."

He reinstalled it but it needed to be moved over a couple of inches.. without hesitation he took the shade back down and moved it where I wanted it.
