"Richard and his team were incredible! I requested a quote for a deck and to remove a broken up patio, and Richard came out within a couple of hours to give us a quote, which was fair priced. He gave me a suggestion of what we could do to cover up the broken up patio, and also told me he could do concrete work to repair an uneven sidewalk block near our driveway. There were some things that did not go Richard and his team's way during the process that were entirely out of their control, but their team stopped at nothing to make sure that the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction. I would trust them with any future home improvement project because of their commitment to making sure their customers are satisfied."

"I called Michael Snook because the Lowe’s delivery guys were incapable of installing my Samsung AI washer and dryer stacker appliance. They threw up their hands immediately because they said they couldn’t unscrew the old water hose from the faucet. It was too tight. They said I needed to call a plumber. I’m so glad I called Michael Snook. He sent Brandon that very afternoon who immediately got the old water hose unscrewed, and overcame every obstacle that arose during the installation. He was very persistent and capable of quickly solving problems to get the job done right."
