He diagnosed the problem as in two sprinkler heads that were not sealing. He made a special effort to replace the valves and, in the meantime, also had an irrigation water control valve just in case. As it turned out, the sprinkler heads were the problem. He tested the system, which worked well."

The trees were cut down, towed away and the stumps were ground up. There were a few minor issues but no major problems or damage to property.
