They didn’t lift a finger. It was exactly as the previous owners had left it. They charged us for a job they never even attempted to do, and now they’ve completely ghosted me. No calls, no texts, no emails. Just silence after taking our money. To say this was inconvenient would be an understatement. I’m 7.5 months pregnant, exhausted, and part of a military family trying to settle into a new home. We trusted this company to help during a vulnerable time — instead, they took advantage of us and left us with an uncleaned house and zero accountability. I have photo evidence of the state of the home and the text message they sent claiming the job was done. This company is not just lazy — they are deceitful.
