"He was very thorough in his estimate and material list. He arrived on time and completed the job when he said he would. My house is very old (1918) and there was an issue with the floor being unlevel. He made sure to add extra bracing and supports to keep the floor from sagging in the future. "Nyma Home Improvement is the bee's knees. I moved into an unevenly remodeled 90 year old house that has some bugs to be sorted out. One of which was a range that conked out within the first few months of use. The replacement range arrived about 3/4 inch wider than anticipated and needed to be placed in a granite-top island that did not have a lot of wiggle room. Mr. J gave a window of time that he could show up and arrived as anticipated. When I asked if he could move an electrical outlet to accommodate the new appliance, he called two of his crew who also arrived ready for action. Moreover, Mr J minimized the clean up for the job by asking for, then placing sheets and towels in the kitchen to capture the dust. In little time, he and his crew had wheedled the granite on the island and moved the electrical outlet to snugly fit behind the new appliance. They voluntarily swept the floors and wiped the one countertop that was not covered. It is refreshing to do business with people who have pride of ownership, a can-do attitude, and provide excellent craftsmanship. The referrals have already begun!"
