For S cleaning codes, use a spray bottle to spritz the stained area with rubbing alcohol and gently scrub with a microfiber cloth until the urine is gone. Use the same process for W or S-W cleaning codes but with 1 cup of vinegar and 1 cup of rubbing alcohol. 

You can clean some mattresses with a carpet cleaner that has an upholstery attachment.
