"Josh repaired my plumbing issues The hot water control knob wasn't working correctly. Josh took me to a plumbing store (professional store) explained what he needed and I purchased it. Josh installed it with professional service. On another occasion he replaced the. for lack of proper terms the flushing parts in the tank. Again he took me to Lowes i purchased the part I needed I had a new kitchen faucet I needed installed he looked at it and told me no problem Josh was very helpful we came to a fair and reasonable price. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
