"We replaced the windows in our 1933 home through the services of MadCity Windows. "I contacted them to do the repair as mentioned above.  They were easy to work with, provided a timely estimate and schedule to perform the work.  The actual work was performed after we sold and settled so I have no info on the actual quality of work.  Many window companies did not even want to do replacement panes.

"I asked them to save the windows that were taken out, I assumed that the screens would have been saved as well. The company informed me that the screens had already been trashed and they are no good. I told them that those screens were mine and I wanted them, the company assured em that I would get some screens back and now they are being unresponsive. It has been over 4 months since the installation and I have still have no screens."
