"From start to finish, Durante service was outstanding.  They tested for lead paint (old house), found it, and took care of disposing of everything (for an additional charge).  I was thoroughly impressed with how efficient and speedy their work was, and they showed up exactly when they said they'd be done, and didn't waste any time finishing the job.
Workmanship was excellent, they cleaned up every day of the job (3 days), and their whole crew was very conscious of keeping the house clean, despite how much tearout was required.  The original salesman also followed up to make sure we were satisfied with the windows.
The windows themselves were a premium grade choice, more expensive than their standard by a small amount.  After two years of ownership now, I'm impressed with how tight and sealed they are.  No pane failures, and they are all so very easy to open top or bottom.  Low-E glass is also excellent.
The exterior trim was covered with aluminum, and they did an excellent job fitting each piece in place, and ensuring the flashing was properly installed.  They also foam-filled the sash weight cavities to prevent air leakage.
Overall, I will be using them again.

"My primary contact was friendly, and usually responsive, though occasionally he was difficult to contact. I had initially expected the job to involve tearing out all windows down to the studs, and replacing the entire unit. Instead, they removed the glass, and installed an actual picture window, but left the existing sill and casing. I chalked this up to a miscommunication. What I was definitely not happy with at first, however, was that the technician initially installed the new windows ON TOP OF THE ROTTING WOOD. To their credit, when I contacted the project manager he had it fixed immediately. Also, the same technician repaired some rot under the eaves of my house, and repainted. He did a great job on the repair, but left drips of paint on the roof of a covered walkway below. I wouldn't rule out using them again, but these hiccups make it far from "Automatic" to call them back."
