"Wall-to-wall white carpets were a wreck w/ accidents (all three types) from a very sick dog. We called Matthew. Time was an issue. He was in Daphne, and we live in Fairhope. He came out quickly and cleaned everything. He also applied some enzymes to remove the smell and added Scotchguard. He even was successful in getting old stains out that we previously tried to clean ourselves w soda, soap, vinegar and a do-it-yourself steam cleaner from the grocery store. He arrived when we expected, was bull's-eye accurate on amount of time to clean and dry, and charged what he estimated. We were very pleased and would not hesitate using him again."
