"Brian Wall was very efficient. He showed up when he said he would. He was professional and made the entire project go so well. He made sure his guys were doing their work correctly. They handled my furniture very carefully showing he has much respect for his customer. They cleaned up after finishing the project. I definitely recommend him as a floor installer."

"The manager George is trustworthy. Everything he said he will do, did it on time and the way he told us. The team did a wonderful job with taking the termite damage out and putting things back. "Flooring in kitchen and dining room looks good except they cut around flooring strips on all 4 - 2 exterior & 2 interior doors. The areas around flooring strip's look unprofessional and unfinished. These areas are already coming up. I had to buy wider door strips to cover hacked up floor areas. 
My biggest complaint is my new fridge lost it's grill at the bottom and no one bothered to replace it. Not the company or the contractors. 
Yes,  the work there is sub- contracted. I do not like sub-contracted work because each party blames the other and problem is never solved.
They group that  installed flooring were loud and unprofessional. I would not recommend flooring install. I am disappointed in the lack response from American Flooring, Cabinets & Granite. We called and the company was going to have sub-contractors to contact me for repair & replacement of fridge grill.
 I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM EITHER! 
NO FOLLOW UP FROM American Flooring, Cabinets & Granite.
