He was able to give me a material list and bidding price that was $2000 less than I expected it would cost me. I was amazed at how much difference everyday made. My patio is enclosed now with a gorgeous flake and epoxy floor. J and A Handymen also made a beautiful custom door. My screened in patio also needed ceiling fans and clean white metal roof. I was amazed by the quality of their craftsmanship because they built it so quick. I believe these guys love their job.
