The crew worked all day with Michael's supervision, and asked us of any concern or questions that we might have. I read great reviews prior to engaging them - their collaboration with each member of the group has proven their professionalism. Prior to the start of the workday the crew covered all areas that might be soiled while they work & at the end of the day they cleaned the space thoroughly . This proves their professionalism. "Working with Mario has been a pleasure. After recently moving into our new home, we engaged Mario to paint bedrooms, bathrooms, a laundry room, closets, front door to the house and so on. The outcome has been terrific. We are so much happier with the way our home looks now, so much more inviting. Things like painting ceiling heating/cooling vents and ceiling fan blades (went from brown to white) made our rooms so much nicer and saved us money because we originally had planned to buy new ones. He always respectfully presented such ideas for our consideration and approval before proceeding, which was much appreciated. In one room where we only wanted to have one wall painted, Mario was able to get color-matched paint to make that happen. Mario made us feel confident in our paint color selections and even supported us when one selection turned out to be, well, awful. Remember, we selected the color. He listened to our concerns and opinions, made suggestions and helped us envision a different color approach. Now that room looks great. We requested other changes along the way, like asking Mario to paint rooms that were not in our original plans. He always responded to these changes in a positive, easy-going manner. He made the whole project easy for us. Just a great experience. We are so glad to have found Mario. We feel we have made a good friend in him. Our first round of paint projects is now complete. "Terrible company that does not stand behind their work. The owner Ken is nothing short of a bald faced liar. I had this company do 2 different commercial jobs and they screwed them both up. One they fixed after we chased them for months and the other they refused to fix even after it became apparent that their crew hadn't cleaned or prepped the walls properly which caused the paint to start flaking off within a month or so of the completion date. Ken was full of hot air and excuses and even tried to blame Sherwin Williams paint for their subpar work. They have been paid in full and yet they still refuse to fix their mistake. Classic example of a company that doesn't desire to be in business."
