    I contacted SouthFace for an estimate on replacing the siding on my home, exterior painting and repair some rotted wood sections. Johnny contacted me and scheduled a time to come and provide an estimate in a timely manner. The estimate was competitive and they were willing to work with my timelines as we were having a pool installed and needed to wait until the pool builder was finished before beginning the siding job. Once I gave SouthFace the notification that I was ready to begin the work they had materials delivered within a couple days and the demo/repair began the following week. I was pleased with the ease of communication with Johnny and his team during the work and we are very happy with the final product. Would highly recommend SouthFace and plan to work with them on future projects

    Our dealings with Blair were nothing but excellent from the time we contacted them. They came out the next day to look at the house. They had us an estimate by the next week. Their estimate was the best, and considering how well recommended they are on this and other websites, I was impressed that they still keep their costs reasonable. When we finally got back with them to say that we wanted to use them for the work, they told us that they could be there to start work in about two weeks - they were there in one week. They came back every day until the job was done. They were very professional and attentive. They took care to protect our yard and our carpet and furniture, and they cleaned up after themselves very well, and put everything back where they found it. Chuck and Lynn were excellent, anything I asked them about or pointed out to them as the work progressed, they took care of immediately, and they did not in any way make me feel like I was bothering them with my requests. Bo was also a jewel. He answered my questions promptly and patiently any time I called, and did not try to talk me into any unnecessary expenditures or extra costs. The roofers, drywallers, and painters finished up in a week, and the gutter team came out the following week and put up the new gutters. My home looks like nothing ever happened. I will definitely call them anytime I have remodeling needs in the future, and I would recommend them to anyone. They are honest, reliable, and hardworking and that is very hard to find, so I really appreciate them. I feel very confident in the work that they did, and their courtesy and professionalism made what I had feared would be a painful process, actually turn out to be a painless one

    From the horrendous task of removing the 1990's acoustic-tile ceilings that had been added in my kitchen, den, and adjacent bathroom. . . down to providing the perfect grid for my new, deep stainless steel sink, Blair's designer and contractor handled every move with perfection. I could set my watch by the planned arrival time of all of the workmen--drywall team, electricians, plumbers, painters, millwork team, tile workers, etc. And with the arrival of each new work team, the Blair contractor/manager came to introduce them and go over details. Plus, he came daily just to be sure all was going as planned. Whenever a problem cropped up with this latest remodel, Blair immediately rectified it. I would not dream of remodeling any home without Blair doing it. On a previous job (my new roof) when a problem occurred due to the home's "creative" add-on from probably the 1920's, Blair was immediately responsive and rushed to fix it + honored the warranty without my even mentioning it

    It has gone very smoothly, I worked with Alfred Pickett, (205) 837-1011, who quoted the job, scheduled the job with one of Authentic Restoration's roofing crews. It is Alfred who stood fast that our roof was damaged and likely that our insurance adjuster would approve coverage payments. This occurred on an incredible day when I coincidentally paid a home inspector to inspect a small area on my roof that another "sub" of mine had patched. Alfred was standing nearby and we didn't say a word that Alfred was a roofer. I asked the Home Inspector to check our roof while he was up there - and he came down and told me the roof was not damaged by hail! When the inspector left, Alfred showed me on his "Tablet" the picture he took of our roof and there were many pale charcoal-colored spots in the picture. This was the hail damage we suspected that occurred in April 2017. Our terrific Cincinnati Insurance Co. paid all of our $40,638 roofing/new gutters bill except a $2,500 deductible that we happily paid. Authentic Restoration performed a great job on our home's roof and (don't forget) gutters. I am so big on Restoration that we got my youngest Stepson's home re-roofed due to hail damage also, and happily this home was covered by Cincinnati Insurance also (hail damage). In addition, I've led, so far, two of my neighbors who own luxury homes with hail-damaged roofs to Alfred and they are getting new replacement roofs covered by insurance. Alfred has also made things easy in doing our two jobs and I am very fortunate that we crossed paths because he has saved my wife and I some serious money and made it easy!

    Started out o k. Did a fair job painting other than being so messy- got paint and putty on floors,furniture,appliances,etc. and they didn’t finish. The electrician they used did o k. Started fillin in swimming pool,got about 1/5 of it filled in and left and never came back. The day they left, august 19, we paid them $ 2,200. They said they be back the next day. We haven’t seen or heard from them since. Very disappointed in Hopson’s handyman services. If you are foolish enough to do business with these people please don’t pay them until they do the work! We hope nobody else is taken in and lose as much $ as we did
