"AG CONSTRUCTION did an amazing job and I am very pleased with the results. Aaron was very polite and professional, he worked fast yet very efficient with notice to all details involved. He repaired all the dry rot underneath the front windows, cut my overgrown hedges back located right in front of the windows, power washed and painted all the exterior wood and trim on the house and hung new shutters for all front windows. If it were possible to give a rating higher than 5 I definitely would. I highly recommend AG CONSTRUCTION! Your tool of choice ultimately comes down to personal preference. Many DIYers prefer applying stain with a lint-free rag, but others stick with a paint brush or a roller. Oil-based stains create a thicker moisture barrier than water-based stains, though both are mold and mildew resistant. You’ll generally need to re-stain your fence every one to eight years to get full protection.
