Excellent! The work was done in a few hours over two days. One to build the form and pour the concrete. Came back the next day to remove the form. Looks great!
We were not impressed. We decided not to use this builder. Not a custom builder. They wouldn't make changes to house plans, not even for a price. Also beware everything is a "up grade".

We are still waiting to receive the remainder ($3000) of our deposit back after cancelling due to his lack of communication and zero reliability. It is a shame some men cannot be taking at their word anymore!"
