"He removed old wall paper, patched and sanded, then painted prepped walls in a timely manner. He showed up when he said he would and finished in a timely manner. Because heâ s an overall jack-of-all-trades, he also replaced all electrical outlets and plates. I had two cabinet drawers that were falling apart and he took them and repaired/rebuilt them and they work perfectly now. I would highly recommend Mr. Jeff Bruland for your remodeling needs!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

She has a breath of knowledge that allows her to accommodate my tastes, but also ensure that the overall design is in sync with the design and location of my home.  She has  a very diplomatic way of suggesting when I'm going astray with my choices and in every case where she has told me "Trust Me"  I have been delighted ! "It was excellent.  I called Mr. Will Smith and asked if he could come out and look at my kitchens and told him what I needed.  He said he could come and gave me a date. (It was within five days).  He gave me a date on when he would come and  proformed the work .  He was there on the date and did the inside.  Because I had a tin roof he was not able to do the chimnsey since it rain.  He was able to finish up shortly after.
This is not my current resident but an additionall property on Chrissy Drive, Pinson, AL which I am putting it up for sell. "
