I hired Billups Painting/Pressure Washing LLC to paint several rooms in my home. They (James) were recommended to me by a friend that he had done some deck staining for. I contacted James and he was very polite and professional over the phone as I tried to describe the color scheme and the vision I had for the rooms that needed to be painted. James came out to my property the next day and I walked him through my home and told him what look I was going for. He took notes as we went from room to room and told me he would call me with a quote the next day. James called around 8 am the next morning and I was amazed his quote was as reasonable as it was. I offered him the job and he and his crew showed up the next morning ready to work. I offered to pay James half before the work was started and the other half at completion. James refused payment until the work was completed and to my satisfaction. They did an amazing job!

We have a couple of rental properties that we have in the Atlanta metro area. Several of them needed enhancements after the renters contracts ended.
