"I called a representative from Prime Management. His name is Clint W. He came up with an estimate for three items (jobs) that needed to be fixed/redone. Clint sent an estimate to me that night. We were way behind schedule for this kind of work due do to the amount of rain for the past four to six months. Recently, we hit about a three-day stint of dry hot weather. Clint sent a representative to check the jobs out that day to begin the next day. David, their contractor showed up late morning that morning.
