"Iâ ve got a rental unit, one of the windows got broken so I gave Lucas a call. He was able to come out in a timely manner, assess the situation and provided me with his solution. He was able to seal up the window so the tenants retained heat while he took steps to get a replacement. Iâ m very pleased with his work and communication. When repairing clapboards, it’s best to avoid caulking the final product. The exception is trim around windows and doors, which should be caulked to avoid moisture problems.
