The new windows are awesome. Jeff and Mike pay excellent attention to detail and most importantly pick up and clean up after themselves. Our cost of services was over budget due to unexpected studs and plywood replacement in several areas but we are happy the rotten wood was discovered. They showed us and explained everything they felt needed replacement before they completed the project. Jeff and Mike are knowledgeable craftsmen and we felt very confident from the begininng to the end of the project.

As with any remodel there  are small problems to overcome and Jeff and Mike did just that.  I previously had a downdraft cook top on a peninsula and they were able to put in an overhead vent hood,, vented to the outside, and it looks great.  They installed the new vinyl flooring and knew which installer to use for the counter top.  Same with the electrical, plumbing and dry wall. 
Every day they arrived early and cleaned up before they left so there was nothing for us to clean up.  They always kept me informed as to what was happening.  The whole thing took about 5 weeks and it was worth it.
We are very happy with the work and professionalism of Chyko construction.  We had them replace our windows a few years ago and plan on having them put a new railing on our large front porch.

Jeff and Mike were great to work with. Prompt quotation and worked within my timeline. Due to my request we needed to change start date and Jeff was very easy to work with on this. I highly recommend Chyko and would definitely use them again.

It went very well! Jeff provided subject matter expertise and advised us through all of our questions. Installation went well. when some siding was discovered to be worn beyond repair Jeff quickly developed a proposal for a repair and gave a reasonable quote. I will definitely consider using Chyko construction in future projects.

Everything went excellent. I was given a bid then called Jeff, he was extremely helpful with tips of what we should get and really great recommendations. Everything was great all around. The workers were fantastic as well. They worked early to late and it was phenomenal. I plan to use them again in the future.

From our perspective when it comes to Jeff's work our project went extremely well.  As I said in the previous paragraph, Jeff dedicated a significant amount of time to this project.  There were phases of the project that he could of taken some time off but instead kept on top of everything.  His professionalism is admirable and his calm approach helped us make it through.  When Jeff said he was going to do something he did it.  There were others on this project that I can not say the same about. 
We are thrilled with the final results.  It's one thing to see it on paper but the final exceeded out expectations.  We've had many compliments from our friends, family and neighbors who had been watching the process.

We were THRILLED with Chyko's work on both jobs.  They were incredibly professional, had very fair prices, and their work has held up perfectly.  Jeff and Mike work together very efficiently, and we trusted them in our home without us there.  We will definitely ask Chyko Construction to help us on future house projects and have recommended them to several friends already.
