The crew came in, did what I asked, helped with choices on tile, grout, etc. I could not be happier with this group and the outcome. I had many estimates scheduled and half do not even show up. They helped make the entire process very easy and transparent. Their customer service was outstanding and we were grateful to have a very attentive and detail oriented staff overseeing our project. Gary, our construction superintendent, and Patty, our design consultant, were really outstanding. They treated our home like their own and paid close attention to all of the nuances. Like any major reconstruction project, we had some issues with some of the subcontractors, but Eduardo, Gary and Patty were there every step of the way to ensure we were satisfied and the finished product met our high standards. We are very happy in our new home. I would highly recommend them!"

The gate has never been completed, the posts for the fence were never cut to the height of the fence, and a quarter panel of fencing that was to be replaced at the corner, attached to the new post was never installed - instead, the materials for that were left to rot and degrade in my yard. The completed work was done in less than one day, and Mr Valdez was paid by both me and my neighbors. He never came back to finish the work."
