This builder did a terrible job. They are 3 months behind when it was supposed to be finished. the superintendent will not call back. We where told another 3 months to be completed. i was told since the superintendent went on vacation they did not get the permits for the house. i want out of my contract!!!!

The on-site team is spectacular with communication, customer service and customer satisfaction. They guided us through every meticulous step for our home. It was a completely pleasurable experience. We had difficulties after moving in with the AC system, and we weren't thrilled with what we considered to be an incomplete structure in our hackyard. Our on-site Richmond American team did everything they could to rectify the issues. Richmond American Corporate isn't as easy or quick to work with us. If you have any issues, try to get them resolved through your local team, and you'll receive better and faster satisfaction.
