Terminated for performance problems. I can't in good conscience recommend this builder to anyone. He promised to build a new custom home. At about 60%, he started not showing up for days at a time. Did not return phone calls. Ultimately we had to terminate and hire another contractor who found numerous quality problems including interior framing that was below standard, window installation below standard, exterior doors that had to be re-installed by another professional, foundation that was not adequately compacted. Several inspections that failed. Showing up and smelling like alcohol was a regular occurrence. Hiring low wage workers with minimal skills. And, taking about 5 time as long to complete a job than is normal. I've had several homes built and he is by far the most incompetent builder I've used. Would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
