North East Landscaping ServicesThe crew Carlos sent was very nice, but they did not complete the debris removal from the gutters, left dirt from the gutter cleaning on the house, left a dead tree branch in the tree, and has not responded to multiple requests to send someone back out to fix these issues. Two professional cleaners came out and did a great job cleaning the roof, removing the moss & laying down powder and spray to remove and prevent moss. Cleaned the gutters, windows & screens. Moss BustersThese guys are amazing. I asked to have my roof soft washed and treated for moss. I got all of that plus an amazing roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, patio roof cleaned and washed, patio blown off, driveway washed with pressure hose and soap, siding cleaned after roof cleaning and mess cleaned up. I never expected Darryl to be so thorough. This day and age, you don't always expect to get someone that takes so much pride in their work. I will be Moss Busters exclusively and annually. E&A Painting LLCWe partnered with EA painting for a complete exterior painting of our Sammamish home. Vadim was the first person we interacted with to obtain an estimate. From the very beginning, Vadim set himself apart from the rest of the bidders by his preparedness, use of technology, and frequent communication with us about that project. Most importantly, the bid was very competitive, and they had the reviews to back them up. After agreeing on a statement of work, we were introtuced to Slavic who helped us schedule all the activities and coordinate paint colors, etc. He also was very patient in working with our not so expedient HOA approval. Despite the HOA delay, Slavic was still able to put us on the schedule despite a very busy spring and summer schedule. Finally, the actual painters who worked on our home were Lucy and Carlos. They did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our home, and I would highly recommend them to anyone working with EA in the future. Their attention to detail, daily communication, schedule flexibility, and willingness to accommodate our special requests totally exceeded our expectations. We have a very unique home with complex architecture and a certain character that requires a lot of attention to small details in order for the job to be done right. Lucy and Carlos did exactly that, and more, and we are extremely grateful for their exptertise and craft. The initial work done was pretty ok. The major complaint is about communication. 1) Repetitively no call back was received even though we left voicemails. 2) the crew did not notify us when work was finished (2 times) even though specifically asked for (then try to leave voicemails with questions, there is no return call (see issue-1). 3) when we were told that the crew actually rang the doorbell, this was definitely not the case as we work in office next to the front-door. How does that work? Proper communication is important to us; as such cannot go higher than a C. Would not hire again, even though the final product (gutter install) was to our satisfaction.

Two men showed up between 8-9 (8:15AM) as promised. Price was competitive. Got to work right away the outside of the windows. After finishing the outside, they did the inside of each. Done by 11:30AM. Many of our windows face west into the setting sun and if they are the least bit streaky or foggy, it will show in the lat afternoon. The job passed that test. Previous cleaner was one man and took about 1.5 days. Definitely plan to hire again. Name of the company is confusing. They do not seem to have any Yelp reviews and when you search for them, you get a cleaning company in Olympia that is not them.
