All Clear Window And Gutter Cleaning

I purchased a Groupon for this company on February 8th for $66 to clean my gutters. Tried making contact on a Saturday. The guy answers the phone and when I tell him what I need he says he's off on the weekend, but call him right back and he will forward the call to his voice mail and I can leave him a message and get in the queue for him to return my call that Monday. I did what he wanted and we played phone tag for an entire week before I just got frustrated and said so during one if those calls and he returned my call the next day with the excuse that he had 2 numbers and had left me messages. He made an appointment to clean my gutters for March 2nd, (yesterday) after asking me for the Groupon redemption code. Well he never showed up. I called him 2 times and left 2 voicemail messages and he didn't return my calls. I contacted Groupon last night regarding the matter and they agreed to return my funds. I recommended they don't use this company for their "local deals" and recommend anyone reading this to find someone else who actually wants to do business with you. I also see on the reviews that I'm not the only one that had this issue with them. I contacted the number for the South Sound areas. Maybe the other areas with different numbers actually do the job. Chuck is extremely dependable and professional; we've used his services for years. He explains options clearly, and offers green choices for things like moss treatment or cleaning. His prices are reasonable, he is easy to contact and schedule with, and he or his crew always take care of things perfectly.

They cleaned out the gutters, gently brushed moss from roof and applied organic moss killer. Allan the manager came out himself to access the job and give directions. He was friendly and respectful, as were his crew, Ty and Jacob. They did a really great job. It was a very good experience. I highly recommend them and really appreciate there is no poison in their moss application. This is also a Big Deal that I bought through Angie's List.

As always, this company did an outstanding job.  I've used them many times for gutter cleaning, window washing, deck and driveway power washing, etc.  Each and every time they were timely, professional and did a great job.  A terrific company!

They did a really nice job.  Definitely a recommended company. 

It was great - very professional - on time - good value - removed an old antenna while he was up on the roof.  I would hire him again.

The one who came was the owner.  He explained what he was going to do and then he climbed onto the roof and sprayed the areas with moss to kill the moss.  He indicated that it would die in a couple of weeks and we were able at that time to sweep it off the roof.

It went great. I called the company, made the appointment and All Clear Window & Gutter Cleaning handled the rest. Great company!

Chuck is very responsive, very nice to deal with by phone and by email. I would hire him if I could. He did give me some recommendations about what to ask for when I hire someone for the larger job.

Great service, very honest-thought initially there was a problem that turned out to be ok, and I was informed of this and not charged for it. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to ask them to return in the spring.

Chuck is a great person, always on time, always does a fine job, at a fair price.  We had questions about our gutters and he answered them honestly--"try having them cleaned 1-2 times a year before considering replacing them at a huge cost".  Note: he also sells an improved screen for gutters, but only mentioned it.  "Try the cheaper fix first and see if it works" was his suggestion!  Very much appreciated.....

It was easy to schedule an appointment and receive an estimate. There were some communication issues about whether the cleaning included the moss/gutters on the carport as well as the house, so All Clear needed to come back a second time. I was disappointed with this, since I had to pay for a second visit, but I can't tell you if it was my fault or theirs either.
The work itself is excellent. The roof is clean and moss free, and the gutters are better than I've seen them in years. I will call this company again in the future.

Chuck and his team were very thorough and respectful of our home. They cleaned the windows better than our other window washer. They swept off the moss on the roof as opposed to pressure washing. We are very happy with this service and recommend All Clear.
