The window for the tech arrival was tight, and our responding technician, Bryson Kahue, was early in the window, which was nice. I received a reminder call (I missed it while mowing the lawn), and I also received a reminder text with Bryson’s picture. That is an excellent touch, it makes me feel like your company takes customer safety seriously. Bryson was quick but thorough. He offered us a detailed quote with several options, and walked me through each one. We will need a new door, and he didn’t try to upsell us on anything that wasn’t necessary. He gave sound advice on our options, went through the pros and cons of each, and was a trustworthy consultant. The Door WorksI got the $60 "tune up" coupon. The tech came out at a time that worked with my schedule and fixed the misaligned rail that was causing my garage door to sometimes hiccup and not close properly.
