"I sent in a request for information from Climate Pro in regard to installing Security Film on my sliding door.
Christopher Knight responded and had a few questions about my door.
Chris talked about the Anchoring System used to secure the Security Film to the door. Without a means of securing the Security Film it will not work properly. This is explained and shown on their website.
We determined that my sliding door didn’t have enough of a reveal to secure the film to the door.
I appreciate when a Company and their Representative can be honest in regard to the Services they can or cannot provide.
